POUSSEUR
Olivia Pousseur is a NASM CPT. She is also a PN certified nutrition coach as well as an ACCU mobility specialist and a Certified Pre- and Post-natal specialist.
Her wealth of knowledge has allowed her to experience a wide range of client/fitness levels and given her a unique ability to adapt programs and training to every fitness level!
Olivia first became interested in fitness over 13 years ago as she struggled through severe body dysmorphia and an eating disorder that consumed her.
As she tried to navigate her way through fad diets and hundreds of different training styles, it became very apparent to her how challenging and confusing the fitness world could be! It sparked a desire and passion in her to help others find a balance and freedom in food and fitness without the hassle of the years she spent trying to find what worked.
Olivia’s heart is to see others find a balance and rhythm that fits their busy lifestyles. Her dynamic personality and passion to helping others creates a fun and upbeat environment during each and every workout!
No matter where you are on your fitness journey, she is confident that her programs will not only encourage and hold you accountable, but also help you achieve your fitness goals!

Given my role as a busy, working mother of two, I prioritize fueling my body and engaging in regular workouts because I simply cannot afford to neglect these essential aspects of self-care!
I choose to lead this lifestyle not out of obligation but out of a genuine desire. My motivation is not only to keep pace with my children but also, eventually, with my grandchildren.
I recognize that the key to achieving this is through purposeful attention to my nutrition coupled with daily exercise.

Our signature program, LiveFit Activate, will provide you with the strategic tools and mindset shifts needed to help create a sustainable lifestyle approach to nutrition.
Our LiveFit Daily program is designed to give anybody at any fitness level an effective workout with modifications provided and minimal equipment required.
For the greatest results, we recommend you pair these programs together.
Your results are dependent on your consistency and commitment to the program. You will get out of this program what you choose to put into it.
Clients typically see 8-15lbs of weight-loss within the first 4–6 weeks of our nutrition programs.
But that's only the beginning!
All you need for our workouts is a set of dumbbells, resistance bands and a sturdy chair.
